If our salon's hours aren't accommodating to your schedule, please let us know; the schedules of our individual stylists vary slightly, and we may be able to schedule you for a time outside of our posted business hours. We will always do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients, including those for different service times.
We have an exclusive parking lot dedicated specifically for our clientele, located beside our building on East 4th Street.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on time spent with your stylist. However if you decide you are not completely happy with your service we will do everything in our power to satisfy you. Please notify us within one week of your initial appointment and we will rebook youwith the same stylist.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept product returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. In order to honor a product return, you must bring it back within two weeks of purchase for a salon credit or product exchange.
If you are a NEW client and wish to book a Color or Texturizing Service, please note we require a credit card number to reserve this time for you.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice. In the event this is not given a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card.
“NO SHOWS” on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
Thank you for understanding that our stylists set aside valuable time for each appointment and when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES
Gift certificates can be purchased in person or via telephone (to be picked up or mailed). They are 100% non-refundable.
As a courtesy, we offer E-mail and Text Message confirmations. Please understand that it is your responsibility to respond and confirm. Note that if you do not confirm your appointment, we consider it a cancelled.
