Suzi Bellman : Stylist

Suzi earned an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from Frederick Community College. Her love of color and creativity brought her to the cosmetic arena, where she began her career as a makeup artist for Estee Lauder. Her ambition to advance her craft in this field led her to The Temple, Paul Mitchell’s School of Cosmetology in Frederick’s Historic District. She graduated in 2008 as a certified cosmetologist.

On her way to class, Suzi would pass by the Sam Wong Salon. She remembers being drawn to the salon by it’s vibrant and creative setting, as well as its green practices, and would imagine herself working there. This came to fruition when she joined the team as an assistant.

She further studied under Sam Wong and Erin Heyrend and added a spectrum of additional classes, including Graham Webb and Tigi, resulting in her promotion to stylist.

Today, Suzi is a professional stylist who is spirited and eager to continue honing her craft while being part of the “green movement.”
